Although we strive to be as thorough as possible and honor all special requests, due to insurance liability, safety limitations, and other considerations, we do not offer the following:

• Lifting of items that are over 20 lbs. (especially large furniture)
• Hand wash dishes.
• Wash and fold personal laundry or ironing.
• Stain removal, wall washing, and wiping light bulbs
• Cleaning of pet waste, bodily fluids, mold, infestation, or other biohazards
• Cleaning outside of windows and home exteriors
• Foreclosure homes, hoarding homes, or frat houses.
