Our Cleaning Rates

  • Cleaning rates are approximate and are based on a rate of $42.00 per person/per hour.
  • Cleaning teams are comprised of one or two team members.
  • Our minimum rate is $80.00 for routine/recurring cleaning services and $120.00 minimum for one-time/as needed Cleaning.
  • An initial cleaning is required in order to set up recurring service.
  • We will establish your recurring maintenance price after the initial cleaning.
